Static Amplitude

The static amplitude test measures the echo intensity of individual elements within a transducer array, indicating the peak-to-peak voltage (Vpp) of each element. This test ensures that only minor variations in signal amplitude are acceptable among fully functional transducer crystals, aiming for uniform echo intensity across the array.

Impact Response

This mode examines the impact responses of piezoelectric ceramic elements (PCE) and presents a bar graph based on impact response intensity amplitude to predict transducer health, including that of the acoustic array, transducer cable and connector.

Time of Flight (TOF)

This mode examines the time of flight (micro seconds) of echo signals and presents a bar graph based on signals’ travel time from the probe lens back to the reflector.

Dynamic Amplitude

The dynamic amplitude measures the echo intensity of individual elements. Element amplitude is a measure of the echo intensity signal (peak-to-peak voltage - Vpp) of the individual elements within the transducer array. Only minor variations in the signal amplitude of any given transducer crystals within a fully functional array are accepted.

Dynamic Depth

The Dynamic depth test displays the distance between individual elements and the reflector module pad in millimeters (mm).

When users test their probes with this device, all details of the testing process are automatically saved to the cloud. This allows users to view and monitor their test data at any time. Additionally, users have full control over their data and can delete any test results as needed. To do so, they simply select the desired test from a list and delete it with ease.

Follow these simple steps to delete a Diagnostic:

Log in to your account.
Navigate to your dashboard.
Select the " Probes diagnostics " option.
Monitor your tests in the table provided.
Choose the test you want to delete.
Click "Delete Diagnostics" in the top-right corner.
Confirm the deletion to complete the process.
